Voltage & plug note
If you select 110V and the plug is labeled 250V, that’s normal. The unit will be shipped according to the voltage chosen in your order—no voltage converter is needed. Plug type can be customized based on your country, and an option without a plug is available if your bathroom has a dedicated power lead.
How to use the timer
- Power on: long-press the button for 5 seconds.
- Set time: adjust from 0–24 hours; the display flashes and confirms after ~3 seconds.
- Set temperature: press to adjust in 5°C steps; confirmation after ~3 seconds.
If no time is set, the towel rack will keep working continuously.
We will customize a suitable plug according to the type of plug used in your country。
If the wall of your bathroom has already reserved a power cord for connecting to the towel rack
you can choose without plug。
